昨(十三)日是寒假後開學日，小港區華山國小學生上午一早進入校門，就被校園電梯新繪製的3D立體彩繪驚豔，有可愛的長頸鹿探出頭吃嫩葉、還有如置身美麗桃花源的風景以及彩虹天梯等，五層樓的電梯，每層各具特色，讓師生們興奮的說好像真的進入畫本世界。
有許多女性認為在月經過後，要喝四物湯來調補氣血，但事實上不是所有人都適合或需要吃四物湯，北市聯合醫院仁愛院區中醫科主治醫師周宗翰提醒，要喝四物湯，仍然需要依照個人體質來看適不適合。
周宗翰表示如果體力不佳，或冬天天冷、身體感到特別虛寒時，在月經過後偶爾吃幾帖四物湯無妨，但如果是燥熱體質的民眾，若是月經一結束就固定吃三～五帖調理身體，這樣愈吃問題愈大，在門診上便有吃到骨盆腔發炎、充血等情形。
事實上，「四物湯」是由當歸、熟地黃、川芎、芍藥所組成，雖然看似簡單，但會因為個人不同體質及身體症狀，加減其他中藥，變化出十種以上的配方，並且不是一帖四物湯全家人都能吃，通常只有氣血虛的人才適合。
由於四物湯內含熟地，較為滋膩，因此脾胃功能不佳的人也不適合，通常要搭配顧養脾胃的中藥材，因此建議婦女平時應該要多運動，多運動是改善經痛與讓經期順暢最好的方法，因為運動可促進氣血循環、緩解壓力、放鬆肌肉，讓月經排出順暢，在經期間也感覺較舒適。
另外女性出現痛經時，有很多人認為要進補，這主要是為誤解女性有經痛的體質是「較冷底、子宮偏寒，」於是拚命地吃補，結果更痛，但其實很多女性是因骨盆腔充血引起的疼痛，特別是患子宮內膜異位的女性。
中醫認為這是下焦濕熱體質，通常會給予寒藥，而不是溫熱補藥，生理期間吃一些補品有痛經、經血量變多、痘痘變多、口乾舌燥及晚上不好睡等症狀，建議下次生理期就要避免。
